Return Timeframe
Customers may return or exchange items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns or exchanges made after the 30-day period will not be accepted.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Proof of Purchase
To complete a return or exchange, you must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. If you are unable to provide proof of purchase, we may be able to locate your transaction in our system using your payment method or other identifying information.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team (contact@astrohorse.com) via email to inform them of your return or exchange request.
- Package your item(s) securely and include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Send your package to our return address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to check availability. If the desired item is available, we will process the exchange once we receive your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and item availability.
